President & CEO
Rebecca Blackburn Hines joined the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce as President & CEO in October 2018. She received a B.A. in Mass Media Communications from the College of Charleston and Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. As a former business owner of a small, local brick and mortar, Rebecca understands and appreciates the importance of a supportive Chamber, and strives to provide added value to each member of the Chapin Chamber. Rebecca has served on the Midlands Business Leadership Group’s Coordinating Council, the Chapin Community Engagement Council, the Partnership for Small Business Recovery, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Partnership Committee, and is a member of the Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. She is an active participant in the Chapin community, a member of the Chapin Sunrise Rotary, a regular volunteer of Good Works, and a member of Lake Murray Presbyterian Church. Rebecca resides in Chapin, with her husband Derrick and her two young daughters, Harper and Molly.
Katie Galloway joined the Chamber in December of 2019 and works as the Member Services Coordinator. She is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina where she received a B.A. in public relations. Having worked with small business owners before, Katie recognizes the value of the Chamber’s presence and communication with its members and the community. Her goal is to ensure the satisfaction of the members of the chamber by providing effective internal communication. Katie is a South Carolina native who currently resides in Chapin, where she has lived most of her life.
